Terms & Conditions

Payments:

- A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is required to book the date. 

- The remaining amount needs to be paid in full, 7 days before the event starts. 

- In order to confirm your event a valid credit or debit card is required

- If the reservation is made within 72 hours of the scheduled event time, then the payment needs to be paid in full upon receiving the reservation confirmation email. 

- If you would like to add additional services during your event you will be able to pay via credit or debit.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy:

- Our truck is qualified to offer our services during adverse weather conditions such as rain. However, we understand that unforeseen events may arise on the day of the event.

- WE DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDs for inclement weather. If your event is canceled due to the severe weather conditions, it can be rescheduled for another date.

- You can reschedule your event only once. 

- Any changes in terms of date or time of your event, you will need to notify us 5 days prior to the scheduled event date. If less than 5 days, we cannot guarantee your changes may be accommodated.

- Rescheduling is subject to surcharges or fees. 

- If you have paid in full and you need to cancel your event prior to the 5 day window, you will receive all of your money back except the non-refundable deposit of $75.

- There will be NO REFUND if the event is canceled within 5 days of scheduled event.

Privacy Policy:

XFNTY Gaming is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect from the truck to make the reservation process as simple as possible and improve your experience in general, we do not sell, exchange, or rent your information to third parties. We guarantee that your credit/debit card transactions will be safe with our payment processing system and only XFNTY Gaming with have access to your credit/debit card information. Your safety and protections are the most important thing to us.

Food/Drink:

XFNTY Gaming does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guest consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering. 

Damages Policy: 

XFNTY Gaming or any of our employees will not take responsibility of any damages to the property in the result of one of the client’s requests like the location of our truck during an event. This includes all the equipment inside and outside of the trailer. XFNTY Gaming reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for any damage to the property, equipment occurred in the location requested by the customer. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

Pictures:

While your party is in effect the Game Coach will be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer and/or the outside of the trailer. We may use these photos on our social media platforms or website. If you do not want the Game Coach taking pictures or posting them on our platforms, please contact us prior to the party or let the Game Coach know immediately upon our arrival. 

Parking Policy:

It is our policy to park in the street in front of the house, with the entrance door facing the driveway. Exceptions will ONLY be made in cases where street parking is a safety issue and will be determine by the Game Coach onsite.

The truck/trailer is approximately 55’ long. We ask our customers to reserve as much space as possible to give us plenty of room if we have to parallel park. Our policy is to always park in the street. As a safety precaution, we cannot park in most driveways. 

When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area of logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. Additionally, our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface. 

Parental Supervision:

Parents are more than welcome (and encouraged) to be inside the trailer during the event but not required. We do however require that a responsible adult remain at the event for its duration. Game Coaches always do their best to involve everyone, no matter the skill level. * Children younger than 7 need to be accompanied by a parent to be in the truck.
